Everything has been working fine for years. A few days ago, Google Home started controlling the wrong room.
For example:
I can say "Turn on the Living Room Lights," and the Living Room Lights will come on. However, when I say "Turn off the Living Room Lights," the lights in a different room turn off, and the display shows the other room being turned off.
All devices are still set up in the correct rooms. Everything looks okay in the app. We've rebooted everything and tried using different devices to give the command. The room names are not similar.
Any suggestions?

Try Reconnecting (Settings > Works with Google) the manufacturer's app to Google Home. That usually resolves reliability issues.
Alternatively
If you're asking from in the Living Room, try just saying "Turn on lights"
I set up my Google smart home to say "Hey Google, Light" to turn lights on and off...
