Google Nest (Indoor, Wired, 2nd Gen)

Hi guys,

I've got a Google Nest (Indoor, Wired, 2nd Gen) that I'm letting a relative use. The problem is that it's signed into an account I no longer use, in fact I think I deleted it. So when I try setting it up on their (my relative's) account it shows a message basically saying the previous owner (me) needs to remove it from their (my) account. But like I said, I delted the account. I tried factory reseting the camera, but I'm getting the same old message. Someone please help me out here, it's super important! How the heck will I ever get to use this camera again?

Are you certain the factory reset completed successfully (status light blinking yellow 4 times at 10 seconds, solid yellow at 12 seconds, followed by a confirmation tone)?

Yes, that's exactly what happened, yellow light blinking at 10 -- solid at 12 and tone plays. Then it turns to a solid blue light.

Google Nest does not list a solid blue status light in its Help topic:

Maybe the factory reset wasn't successful after all.

I ended up contacting support and got it to work! Thank you though, much appreciated.
