The forced upgrade from Gen2 to Gen4 is not going well

I have a dual fuel heat pump with propane Aux heat running on Gen2 correctly for 2 years.

I switched the base plate over to the Gen4 and wired in exactly same positions

'Y1,  G,  OB, Rc, W1, C

On the Gen4 it then lists the system as electric aux heat and emergency heat

in setup on GHome I turned of Balanced however fuel type  is not shown as an option for some reason.

I tried turning off emergency heating on the thermostat but it still shows up as in the system.

My basic  question is are Gen2 and Gen4 wiring postions the same. If so what do I do wrong in Setup.

(I never saw an option for dual fuel in the setup.)

I've read and tried all the suggestions but my setup doesn't even have the same options.

With the 3rd or 4th Gen Learning Thermostats, you need to connect the AUX heat to W2/AUX and not W1

I have been very disappointed in the support for the Gen4 running GHome software.

Such a beautiful device with second  rate software function.

I have decided to return it and find another solution.
